Who we are
Antonio Di Lorenzo, a self-employed professional trading as "Prima Vista", VAT no. 04917940613. Email: info@primavistaweb.it.
The free draft
- You fill in the questionnaire and we prepare a draft of your website. It costs nothing, we do not ask for a card and it does not commit you to buying.
- Until you buy it, the draft remains ours: the copy, design and code are our property. You can look at it and show it to anyone you like, but you may not publish it, copy it or have others rebuild it starting from it.
- The materials you send us or allow us to take from your profiles (logo, photos, copy) remain yours. We use them only to prepare the draft and, if you buy it, your website. You warrant that you hold the rights to them.
Private link and duration
We send you the draft via a private link that does not appear in search engines. The link stays active for the period stated in the message we send it with. If you do not buy it within that period we may delete the draft; we keep your data only for the periods stated in the privacy policy. If you need more time, just ask.
What the purchase includes
If you like the draft, we turn it into your website. The purchase includes:
- the complete website, with the changes agreed with respect to the draft;
- registration of the domain, in your name, and publication of the website on your domain;
- hosting, security certificate and backups for the period set out in the proposal;
- preparation for search engines (titles, descriptions, speed, mobile version).
Prices and conditions are those set out in the written proposal you receive together with the draft.
Ownership of the website
- The domain is registered in your name from the start.
- The website becomes yours under the conditions set out in the proposal.
- The tools and generic components we use to build all our websites remain ours; for your website you have a perpetual, free-of-charge licence to use them.
Financial conditions
Price, services included after publication, any term and payment methods are those of the conditions set out in the proposal you accept in writing. No paid work starts without your acceptance.
Changes to the website
- Before publication: changes to the draft agreed in writing are included in the price.
- After publication: the changes included are those set out in the proposal.
- Larger work, such as new pages, new features or a new look, is quoted separately: we send you the quote first and start only once you say yes.
Payments and suspension
- You pay using the methods set out in the proposal and always receive an invoice.
- If a payment does not arrive, we let you know by email or WhatsApp. The service is suspended only if the payment does not arrive within 60 days of that notice.
- After suspension you have 6 months to ask us for the website files. The domain remains registered in your name in any case. Once the 6 months have passed we may delete the files from our servers.
Obligations and liability
- You undertake to use the website for lawful activities and to provide us with content you hold the rights to. You are responsible for what you publish.
- We undertake to keep the website online, up to date and protected with professional diligence. We are not liable for disruptions caused by third-party providers (hosting, domain, network), but we will step in as soon as possible.
- Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months.
- We may mention your website among our work, unless you ask us otherwise. A separate agreement applies to those who work with us and resell the drafts.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will update the date above and, if you are already a client, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. The changes do not apply to payments already made.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the court determined by law.
